Please note that your membership registration will not be processed until you have paid your membership fee and submitted the completed form. Once your transaction is complete and your form is submitted, you will receive a welcome email with your member number. Partial Memberships are active for 30 days. After 30 days, you can refresh your membership with another $10 payment in-store. When you have made five $10 payments, you become a full lifetime member
