How do I get my ballot?

We’re using an electronic voting system and your ballot is a unique link that will come by email.

Can I vote in store, without a screen?

Yes. Stop by our Member Services desk and you can review candidate info and cast a paper ballot.

How do I find out more about the candidates?

All candidate information is in the electronic ballot! You can choose how much you want to learn about each candidate – you can watch a 1 minute video, or read their full nomination.

I shop all the time, so I get more say in who runs this place, right?

Nope. In a Co-op every member gets one vote, no matter how much they shop or how many years they’ve been a member.

I just joined today. Can I vote?

Not this year. To vote, you must have joined before July 24, 2026 – at least 30 days before voting opened.

How do I know if I’m the member or my spouse is?

Since people in the member’s household get many member benefits, you might only learn you’re not really the member when you try to vote. Request a ballot and find out.

Who will know who I voted for?

Only the people you tell. All votes are anonymous.

Remind me, what does the board do?

The board considers the long-term health of the Co-op on behalf of the member-owners. They set the strategic direction, oversee the General Manager, and make sure the Co-op continues to support its members. Find out more on our Board of Directors page.
